For the past year, I have been lucky enough to work on a project that I am beyond proud of. When Kate and Jenny approached me and told me they wanted to create a local magazine and bring together a team of amazing creatives, I was ecstatic. I fully believed in them and the project, and wanted to be involved as much as possible. When they asked me to be the resident photographer, I was honoured, excited and inspired.
This has been such an amazing opportunity to not only challenge myself, but meet other creatives who are passionate about the same things, and be lucky enough to document them.
DOTE Magazine has been a labour of love for the past year, and holding the first issue in my hands was overwhelming. It took me awhile to even open it because I just wanted to soak it up.
I am so proud of this project, the team, community, and support that has made it possible.
Thank you to Kate, Jenny, Vicki & Alexandra, and the countless people behind the scenes making this project possible. To the incredible artists, entrepreneurs, professionals & trailblazers I have met along the way, you inspire me daily.
I adore you all.
