From the second I met with Reagan and Steve I wanted to be best friends. We spent an evening chatting and getting to know one another over coffee and afterwards, I left our meeting obsessively checking my email waiting to hear back from them. These two have the most joyful, magnetic energy about them that just makes any time in their presence the very best. They are truly the best of friends with the most incredible family & support network. From the very beginning I felt so loved and included, even joking that I’d be joining them for Sunday supper (Comin’ for ya Nance!)
Their wedding was held at the Glencoe Golf & Country club on the most beautiful summer day. It included a first look that will go down as one of my favourite ever, hilarious speech surprises, temporary tattoos, as well as the most excellent dance party you’ve ever seen. Side One Band brought the energy to an already fun crew, and I was honestly sad to have to stop shooting.
Reagan and Steve, you know I love you to bits. “Thank you” will never be enough to express my gratitude in getting to play a small role in your love story. I am so thankful for you both & feel truly blessedto witness & document your love up close.

PS: By the time their wedding rolled around, Reagan & Steve and I had been to three or four of the same weddings that season. As part of their final gift, I made them a custom photo album of Steve cutting a rug at all these weddings and it is one of my most favourite things to this day.
